Dr Robyn Vines is an experienced Clinical and Health Psychologist practising in Bathurst, NSW. She completed undergraduate studies at the University of Melbourne and Carleton University in Ottawa, followed by a Master of Science (MSc) in Clinical Psychology at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland and a PhD at the University of Sydney. Throughout her career, she has worked nationally and internationally across clinical practice and university settings.

Dr Vines is a Conjoint Associate Professor in the School of Medicine at Western Sydney University and has contributed extensively to the psychology profession through leadership and regulatory roles. She has served three elected terms on the Australian Psychological Society Board of Directors and was President of the Professional Practice Division of the International Association of Applied Psychology from 2018 to 2022. Her regulatory experience includes appointments with the Psychology Council of NSW and the Psychology Board of Australia.

Dr Vines has a strong professional interest in maintaining high standards of psychological practice and improving access to mental healthcare. She particularly values integrated care between psychologists and General Practitioners and advocates for equitable mental health services across regional, rural and remote Australia. Her approach is informed by extensive clinical experience, evidence-based practice and a commitment to collaborative, patient-centred mental healthcare.
